Senior Pastor, Bill Proctor

Bill will soon embark on his 35th year as an ordained pastor. Bill grew up in Dallas, and attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Before his ordination Bill served as youth director for the American Community Church in Tehran, Iran, as well as at the United Presbyterian Church in Cleburne, Texas. A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, with a Masters in Theology, and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, with a Masters in Divinity, Bill served as an associate pastor for 13 years in both suburban Houston and Chicago. Prior to his move to San Angelo, Bill served for 11½ years as Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Ardmore, PA.

Bill is married to Lanee, and they have two children, a daughter, Coree who is a young professional in Ft. Worth; and a son, Spencer, who is a senior at Angelo State University.

Associate Pastor, Joel Moore

Joel was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area and is a lifelong Presbyterian. He graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in History. After graduation, Joel moved to Atlanta to work with a non-profit urban youth ministry, Atlanta Youth Project, where he worked for fifteen years. During his time at AYP, he earned a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Joel was a Ruling Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. He has taught elementary and middle school, has completed a chaplaincy program at Healthcare of Atlanta and has served in different churches in youth and growth ministries.

Joel is married to Morgan Healey Moore. They are the proud parents of three children, Cullen, Rachel Ann, and Jackson.

Choir Director, Dr. Pamela Lee

A native of Beaumont, Pamela serves as Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Angelo State University, which is part of the Texas Tech University system. Previously, she taught at Baylor and Stephen F. Austin Universities. A graduate of Lamar University, Pamela earned a M.M., at the University of North Texas and an Ed.D., from the University of Houston. An accomplished conductor and pianist, Pamela is active as a choral clinician, adjudicator, and performer. Pamela has been on staff of FPC since 1998.

Director of Programs and Communication, Susan Gober

Susan grew up in Wall, Texas, and has lived in San Marcos, San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus Christi.  She is a graduate of Angelo State University with a B.A., in  journalism, married to Dwain, they are parents of two children:  Will and Abby – they both attend Baylor University.   Susan and Dwain have been members of  FPC since 1996.

Praise Team Coordinator, Julie Pucci

Julie grew up in San Angelo, graduated as valedictorian from Central High School and received a degree in Music Education from Angelo State University.  She taught in the SAISD for 14 years, teaching elementary music and middle and high school choir.  Julie returned to teaching music for the district in school year 2016-17 and continues to serve FPC, lending her musical talents, on a part-time basis.

Julie is married to Tim, a lieutenant with the San Angelo Police Department and they have one son, Ryan who is in school at Lamar Elementary.

Director of Children’s Ministry, Natalie Craddock

Natalie, a native San Angeloan who attended the Wall schools is married to Billy – they are both graduates of Texas A&M University. Natalie has a degree in health education, something that has probably been beneficial as a mother to four children – Hayden, Brenson, Carson and Stella.  She has been on staff of our Angel Academy for many years and came on board as director of the children’s ministry in the fall of 2017.

Director of Youth & Family Ministry, Amy Hill

Amy has grown up attending First Presbyterian Church.  Amy is married to Shane and they have two children, Hannah, who is a freshman playing volleyball at Arkansas Tech and Riley who is a junior at Central HS.  Amy became the director of youth and family ministries in late 2014.  Many will know Amy in her career at the Waterford Day Spa in San Angelo and as the owner of Mustang Sally – a boutique and gift shop on Concho St.



Angel Academy Director, Dawn Thompson

Dawn Thompson is the director of the Angel Academy  which is  a two-day a week Mother’s Day Out program.  Dawn grew up in Midland and came to San Angelo to attend Angelo State University.  Dawn is married to Matt and they have two daughters.  Alyssa, a recent graduate of Texas A&M lives in Houston; and, Haylee who attends Texas A&M University in College Station.

Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, Becky Swiderski

Becky grew up in Ballinger, TX  as a member of 1st Presbyterian Church. Becky and her late husband, Ted, have three sons:  Jordan, Christopher and Keith.  Jordan is married to Bekah and Keith is married to Nikki.  Becky is grandmother to Nikki & Keith’s son, Teddy.  Becky serves as the Pastor’s secretary and has been a member of the church staff since 1987.

Gabriela is the lovely voice you hear most times when you call FPC. She began working for FPC in early 2014.  Gabriela and her late husband Bob joined First Presbyterian Church in 2003.

Donna is a graduate of Lake View High School and Angelo State University. She and her husband, Bobby, are the proud parents of a daughter, Lizzie, who is in first grade.

Facility Manager, Shawn Sellers

Shawn manages the Facility Support Staff , A/V Department (really just a rack with Doohickies on it), runs the I. T. office ( 2 computers and a thumb drive), and he has his own hammer!  He has lived in San Angelo since 2006 and has worked at FPC since 2007. Shawn is married to Amy and they have two children and 3 grand children.

Housekeeping, Irene Estrada

Irene keeps everything in top-notch order at First Presbyterian Church.  Retired from Ethicon, Irene is the mother to two grown children:  Carlos and Cindy.  Additionally, Irene has four grandchildren.
